The late Ken Wightman was a photographer whose work has perhaps not received the exposure it deserves. Predominantly, but certainly not exclusively, recording trains on the former South Eastern lines, he was active with his camera in the years prior to electrification and as such was able to record the last days for many classes which after 1959 saw little if any service.
Much of his material is also of superlative quality and Transport Treasury are proud to present this album featuring some of the best of his work.
